Our residence is located just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque village centre of Kaltern. There you can stroll through winding alleys, enjoy local specialities and experience the warm atmosphere of the village.
At the same time, you will find the peace and quiet you need to relax and enjoy nature.

Lake Kaltern, the warmest bathing lake in the Alps is just a short hike or drive away. Swimming, boat trips or simply enjoying the view, the lake offers plenty of ways to discover and experience the region.
